Poor service at wimpy engin onestop langebaan

Wimpy and engen one stop on the R27 close to langebaan implimented a facility called snapscan. This facility allows customers to pay by using their phones only. On numerous occassions i have experienced issues where the snap scan service does not work. What i did notice is that snapscan only works when certain personnel are working on the day. On one occasion i insisted a wimpy personnel member to try and use the snapscan service even though she insisted that it does not work. After trying the transaction went through. It was there that i realized that when wimpy and engen onestop personnel did not know how to use the system they would lie and say that it does not work. This to me is a very bad service and i will rather go somewhere else that to do business with them. If they can lie about something about that then they can lie about any practice in the shop. Even how they make your food.
