Poor service

We enjoyed going to Wimpy (Various)....years ago but realized that their (Most branches) service and food quality became only worst over time, they have unfriendly staff, slow service and more interested in gossiping among each other than attending to customers. We decided on supporting local private owned restaurants as that is where we are getting better service and quality food as franchise owned restaurants. It's sad.
