POOR SERVICE
IN THIS WEEK WE WENT TO THE WIMPY IN FLEURDAL MALL IN BLOEMFONTEIN. THE WAITRESS GAVE US THE MENU AND WE DECIDED TO EAT AND DRINK. WHEN SHE CAME TO TAKE OUR ORDER WE HAD TO HEAR THAT THE FRULLATA MACHINE IS OUT OF ORDER, THEY CAN'T MAKE WAFFLES BECAUSE THE MACHINE IS BROKEN AND THEY CAN'T REPLACE THE ICE CREAM WITH YOGURT. WHEN WE ASKED FOR THE MANAGER SHE CAME WITH AN ATTITUDE TOWARDS US AND SAID CAN I HELP YOU. MY HUSBAND ASKED HER IF SHE IS THE MANAGER WHEN SHE REP**** ONLY EEE. HE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE POOR SERVICE AND SHE ONLY PULLED UP HER SHOULDERS AND SAID : O SORRY. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT WE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS WIMPY.
