Poor service

Morning, booked a birthday party for 12 on sat 24 August. Paid on Friday as per request. Got there Saturday at 12. After being there 30min and after 3 questions got told they forgot. They then put couple tables together and as this was a themed party covered the tables. Got our first drinks at 2pm food at 3pm. What a disaster as we only got home at 4pm and had to cancel all other plans due to their poor service
