Poor service

Hi there. I had the worst experience at Wimpy at Aljos in bloemfontein. Bought 3 ice creams, just after existing the restaurant my ice cream falls to the ground. We go back into the restaurant and told the till lady what happened and she calls some guy, I don't know if his the manager(highly doubt it). So we tell this guy what happened and his like "no you have to buy another one" ... mind you when I got the ice cream, it was already dripping on my jacket I believe as we walked out when I tried to stop the bottom from dripping onto me that's when it fell. And how can an ice cream be so wet yet it's winter? Whoever the guy is gave us poor customer service! He needs training! We paid another R10 for another ice cream.
