poor service
i visited your kilarney mall store yesterday, i sat from 12:45 to 13:10 with no service , when i entered i asked the lady at the counter must i wait to be seated as i understand some stores do this ,she said i can sit anywhere. on my way out i did make the manager aware , he did apologize, but it just surprises that there was waiters standing around me not doing anything but fail to even greet me let alone take my drinks order. is this the beginning of the end for wimpy .<br>
