POOR SERVICE

Disgusting service. Orderd a takeaway meal. Was told it be ready in 10 mins. Went to fetch my order after 20 mins. I asked the staff to check for my order. They ignore me. Finally one of them tells me it's still being made. Called for the manager and she can't explain why. Will never be going back there. Staff are ***********. No customer service at all
