Poor quality of food

I have wrote 3 months to Wimpy in Durban North Hyper by the sea complaining about the quality of food they sell. My mom would only go fir coffee there but towards the end of 2020 its been not tasting nice as Wimpy coffee. I normally order wimpy breakfast with eggs and quality of eggs isn't good anymore plus their milkshake is like a melted ice cream. After complaining 3 months backs, after a month time I received a call from Wimpy manager asking me if Wimpy from Durban North has contacted me but I said not. They contacted me in after 2 weeks from then, but would leave a 1 missed and then send me an SMS saying that they tried to contact me an they will close my case within 24hrs if I don't pick up and I did not receive any feedback. Last month I went again, but my mother asked for hot water and put her tea because the one from wimpy is no longer nice. I purchased again my breakfast, the eggs were still the same as I complained, its like they buy cheap eggs, and the milk shake wasn't a milkshake, it was a melted icecream with strawberry then they added cream on the top. But I'll never eat again in that wimpy I'll rather go to other Wimpys
