Poor Quality Food and Service

Good day. I would just like to know what happened to Wimpy's quality food we've come to love over the years? In the last two weeks ive been to Wimpy 3 times, none of those times was i happy with the quality of the food / service.

Wimpy in the Goldfields mall in Welkom i ordered a bar one milkshake which was sour. When i sent it back i was told it would take 45 mins to make a new one if they have to put in fresh ice cream. What a disgrace! That shop was also dirty and the service was slow and poor!!!!

Wimpy at Engen one stop Harrismith the chips was old and disgusting. As if it was made 2 days before i got it..

Wimpy at Engen one stop Mooirivier also old chips. I remember a time when Wimpy had the best chips in the world!!!

As an extremely good customer i really am dissapointed that wimpys quality and standards have fallen so imensely yet the prices keeps on increasing..

Just remember that good quality food will always sell beter than old, poor quality food!!!
