Poor Manager

Wimpy N1 City (Food Courr).

Good Day,

I hope this mail reach the owner of Wimpy N1 City. Its Sunday 22 February 2026. My wife, 6 year old boy and I went to Wimpy in N1 City at approximately 13:55. The entire restaurant was empty. I still joked and told my Wife I have never seen it this empty, as I normally goes there once or twice a month. We decided to sit on the "soft Benches" on the right side of the restaurant. The waitress came and even before she gave us menus or asked how can she help, said can we move to the corner bench as her "Manager" are coming to sit there now. My wife then ask if its reserved. That is ****en pathetic. How dare your staff tell customers where to sit especially when the entire place is empty. I confronted both the waitress and the manager, and told them a customer has preference as to where they want to sit. I walked out and decided rather go spent my money at Spur across Wimpy in the food court.

I never ever got this from this Wimpy. I really hope you address this with your manager. I actually asked the manager if its new management and she then said no, she is always there. I have never seen her there, meaning she is then never visible on the floor.
