Poor Hygiene

This morning myself and my wife decided to have a burger at wimpy. We decided to try the new chilli cheese burger. I started eating my burger and noticed some hairs on my plate. The waitress walked past and I pointed it out to her. She simply picked up my plate and walked off. After approximately 10 minutes she returned with a new burger but no apology. When I paid the bill I requested to discuss this with the manager but was told manager not available. If that's the way Wimpy treats complaints regarding hygiene ITS DISCUSTING
