Poor food quality

Went to this store for brunch: Wimpy in Springfield Park Durban. Took the staff almost 12 minutes before I had to get someone's attention.

Nox finally came to take our order.

We ordered 2 mega cappuccinos, 2 cheese and tomato toast and one extra bowl of chips.

The cappuccinos arrived. One had some curly hair in it which I noticed after I took a sip. Asked for a new cappuccino.

Then the toast arrives and it's more like a tomato toast with little bits of cheese.

Very awful food. We are disappointed that you would think it's ok to lie about what is being served and we are expected to pay for it.

We complained to one of the ladies and first she said she will add cheese to existing bread and melt it. We said no. Then she said she will bring a Alice od cheese. That defeats the purpose of ordering toasted cheese sandwich. She offered to make new sandwiches which at first we agreed and then decided against it because we lost our appetite.

We paid for the cappuccinos and chips and then left.

I won't eat there again.
