Poor customer service centre

Wimpy customer service remains the poorest customer service yet. I emailed a complaint to wimpy customer service about 5 weeks ago, todate i still did not receive any feedback. I think they intentionally avoid responding because they are aware of their poor service these days or they just do not have a customer service at all
