Poor customer service and employee ill treatment

The customer service is not satisfactory at Wimpy Matatiele due to: Bongi Sishuba who ill treats the employees and even instruct them not to give customers sweets when they are paying the bill, nevertheless the same person runs kokstad wimpy but the services is Good. The question will, Are we getting poor service because we are in Eastern Cape or what?
