Poor customer service

I had a birthday voucher and decided to use it. The scanner at the restaurant didn’t work, so I could not claim my voucher for a free desert. I reported this to the manager as well as the wimpy app, and asked if my voucher could be extended. To date, no response on my request has been received and I see the voucher is no longer available. Bit disappointed 😔
