Poor customer service

I visited Wimpy Mthatha circus triangle today. The lady welcomed me and take me to the table I told her that I am here to claim my birthday voucher but I will also order some meal. She said she will send someone to collect the order and I waited. Just after few second another 2 customers came in and seat next to my table.After few minutes a waiter came to them and ask for their order and left. I waited almost for 20min thinking that someone will notice that I am not attended. No one came until I go to the front I met the same lady who take me to the table and informed her that no one came since it's more than 20min waiting for a waiter she didn't bother herself about that no even apologize I told her that I need to claim the vouchers and forget about food and leave she asked some guy to come and assist the guys asked from her which vouchers and pass without even paying attention. Another lady came from the back then I told her that I need to claim the voucher she said there is no network. As surprised as I am waiting there without attended now there is no network she asked did you tell the lady that you will claim the vouchers and I said yes she said she was suppose to tell you that there is no network and you can't even wait because you will be billed for your order. They don't even sorry about my time I have waisted they continued doing their job.
