Poor Customer Service

I am very ****ed with the service that I got at Wimpy (Engen Longmeadow). I arrived at 13h10 and was offered a menu. I ordered a mega coffee when the menu was brought.

After I was served with the coffee I waited and waited and waited and waited for someone to take my food order but no one came until 15h00

The waiter that was serving me is Tshepo and he did give a damn. He looked me straight in the eye as he was walking out and leaving after his shift.

I was super annoyed and I am a regular at this Wimpy but I doubt I will ever set foot here again.

How can I sit for almost 2 hours in an empty restaurant and not be attended to.

I hope that when I request the 2 hour footage for the 11th of May 2023 13h10 to 15h00 it will be available because I am not letting this one go this easily.

This is totally unacceptable
