Poor customer care service

I am not sure if anypone has ever lodged a complaint at the Wimpy customer service but i did, twice. The sad thing is that when you go on their website and go to customer care, the form you fill requires your phone number. I have done so but funny thing is, they send me an email requesting for my phone numbers. The sad story is further that they dont even call me or email me.

Wimpy customer care is by far the worst you will ever find in South Africa.
