Poor client service

I been going to wimpy in Phoenix Plaza and I always order passion fruit and lemonade. Four consecutive times I went there been told that the machine that crushes the ice is fault. What is so difficult to get a new machine at clicks or get the machine repaired. That shows that they don't care about service delivery
