Plastic Knives & Forks

I have always been a Wimpy fan, but sadly no more. I already have to deal with so many disgraceful parastatals that I am shocked that Wimpy lets the Airport company bully it with stupid nonsensical rules. It happened to me in Durban and last week in Cape Town. Bidvest (I also complained about them) closed their lounge for renovation with no alternatives - so I decided to order a Dagwood at Wimply. It arrived with a plastic knife & fork - fair enough, thicker plastic than that on planes, but still plastic and still difficult to eat a Dagwood with. Here's my gripe. In business class and in the SLOW lounge at the airport one receives steel cutlery. Huh? So what's with discriminating against economy class passengers? If ACSA allows steel cutlery in the lounges, and business class, why don't you stand up against them. As if hijackers will only fly economy class! I find this incredibly offensive and insulting and tired of being treated lie a child. Why does your management not stand up to ACSA? As long as you let yourselves be walked over and treat your customers with plastic - I no longer support you.
