Pathetice service, having to wait for Wimpy Manager to come back from Shoprite, Really now!!

Your service is really pathetic, from being turned away yesterday, to coming back today and be told to wait for the managerwho is gone to Shoprite almost 15min of my precious time, waiting for a manager to go do errands that have nothing to do with me, horrible service really. Claiming of vouchers shouldn't be such a pain in the butt, if you don't want us to claim the vouchers, don't give out those vouchers then. I've spent more money at Spur and Panarottis and have received those vouchers a whole lot of times, their claiming process, effortless and never made to feel small or anything less of a person simple because I'm claiming vouchers. If you don't want us claiming the wimpy vouchers,don't bother giving them to usin the first place. So annoyed!!
