Pathetic service from Wimpy Carnival MAll

Went to celebrate my 23 year anniversary starting off woth a wimpy breakfast on the 16th April at Wimpy Carnival mall..What a terrible terrible decision I ,ade as ,y wofe wanted to go somewhere else.. The store did not offer the Vegetraian breakfast offering which i have all the time in your other branches.. Our drinks took 30 minutes to arrive.. I spoke to the manager and we agreed to make up the breakfast by me payng for each item individually.. What a disaster this was .. there were 4 of us having veg breakfast and when the melas arrived it was freaaking ice cold!!!! I was upset now and my wofe said that I should not make a scene as it was our anniversary, so i politely called the manager and told her that all our foo dwas ice cold!!! she said oh we cant do anything now becaus eit was load shedding!!!

Thank you so much Wimpy for ruining what was to be a great day out celebrating our anniverasry..

NEVER AGAIN will i go to a Wimpy...Pathetic excuse for a restaurant
