Pathetic service from Wimpy

Hello I have had an on going online complaint with Wimpy since December 2020 regarding a horrible meal at the Landside Wimpy at OR Tambo . I finally had a call on 23rd April from the manager who promised me a voucher for a Wimpy close to me as I will not be at OR Tambo anytime soon because of Covid. No voucher was forthcoming so I pursued the complaint online and had a call again on 20th July to say Wimpy cannot do SMS or Email vouchers. Pathetic service.
