Pathetic service from a manager at Wimpy

I got to Wimpy at Engen Garage Corlett Drive,Witpoortjie,when I got there,the service was already off as I had no one to show me to a table and offer a menu, I then took it upon myself to get the menu and find a table,after going through the menu I realised that there was still no one to assist, I then got up and went to the counter to get assistance, a guy by the name of Silly took my order and apologised for the poor service, 45 minutes later I still hadn't received my order whilst other people that came after me were already receiving their orders, I then called one of the waitresses to find out from Solly if my order was still coming,he then came to my table about 3minutes later and told me that he had forgotten about my order as he was busy with another lady, i then told him that the excuse was not good enough as he is used to dealing with different customers at the same time and worse of all he was the manager for the store
