Pathetic Service and Terrible Attitude

Me and my family went to Wimpy Grand West on 10 August 2015 at 3pm. <br> <br> We were the only people in the queue waiting for a table and were ignored for over 8 minutes ... by all of your staff including the terribly ill mannered and unprofessional manager. <br> The staff and manager laughed at me when I complained at the disrespect and poor service. <br> They didn't apologise and said they were looking for an open table. All lies! The manager should lead by example but was apathetic to my complaint and disappointment. <br> <br> If this is the kind of pathetic service that Wimpy delivers, then I will make it my mission to spread the word at how pathetic your attitude and service is to everyone I come into contact with. <br> <br> I don't know if the staff were ****** or just not happy to see another customer but this is a massive disappointment.<br> I will think twice before visiting any wimpy again.<br> <br> PS: I require an apology from your unprofessional manager and your staff.
