Pathetic service and horrible food

Good day, we are extremely dissatisfied withthe service and food at your establishment. We had breakfast and ordered a burger. Breakfast was mediocre and the waitress was extremely rude. She served ua the incorrect meals and literally dumped the food on our table. While telling her she mixed up the meals, she just walked away. My mum asked for a cup of boiled water and she said it costs R10. My mum asked another waitress and she said it's free. Please train your staff and send them for customer service workshopsas they give your brand a very bad name. Burger was dry and she didn't ask my daughter what flavor sauce to put on the burger. Just assumed spicy. Tried to get her attention several times but was ignored. Scrambled Eggs were still raw and Runny, bacon burnt. Very disappointed with the overall experience at this branch.
