Pathetic service

<p>I recently visited a wimpy branch at trade route on Friday .My intension was to order a large milkshake and a regular coffee as a take . The lady punched in a regular milkshake but then later asked me asked me what size I will want and I rep**** by saying a large this is when she told me that she cannot change it on the system soo it has too remain as a regular and it cannot be cancelled . This is utter nonsense how can you not be able to change on the system weather it should be a large and the fact that the teller was at fault means that the system is ****. Being soo disgusted at what i heard I just left leaving a very bitter taste about wimpy </p> <p>A reply will be advisable from the manager stating weather or not the teller was right by doing this and later loosing a viable customer </p>
