Pathetic service
<p>On 08/08/2016 we went to Wimpy Quagga center in Pretoria west. We we not even greated at the door and was just told by an arrogant waitress to sit wherever. Because my father has breathing challenges we requested that the door of the smoking area be closed. The same arrogant waitress told us she doesn't know how to close it and it's not her problem. We requested to see the manager but was ignored completely. We then waited approximately 45 minutes just for someone to attend to us and bring us a glass of water. </p> <p>This level of service is unacceptable for paying customers.</p>

I reluctantly visited the Wimpy at Quagga Center today. I strongly believe in giving credit where credit is due and I have to say the level of service, customer satisfaction & cleanliness have improved almost 10 fold. I was particularly impressed with the friendly manager (Evelyn) that took time to great each customer personally at the door and even assisted where ever she saw a need wich resulted in alot of customers happy. All the staff where very friendly and professional at all time.
Please keep the standard of service this high & loyal customers will keep coming back for more.
