Pathetic Service
Wimpy suncoast really needs to buckup when it comes to service and their waiters compared to the Ushaka and Windermere branches their service is terrible. I walked in sat myself down then waited for a waiter to come through with a menu that didn't happen, I then woke up and got my own menu also while doing that complained to waitress walking pass me and she just ignored me. I then waited for a waiter to come take my order and that didn't happen either I had to wake up and go to the front desk and then only a waiter decided to come to me and gave me a pathetic sorry. Please put some effort when hiring and training staff ? It is not called the hospitality industry for nothing.
