Pathetic service

Terrible experience of what was supposed to be a good Sunday at Wimpy ********** Waiter never even comes to our table to take our order - clearly seems unaware of tables she has to serve. We have to constantly follow up and ask for other waiters to inform our waiter what we want. After escalating same to manager, once food is delivered our waiter again disappears and we see her once after requesting the bill from yet another waiter. Surely management inform waiters which tables waiters are responsible for and ensure they dont have too many compared to their capability. Unless I missed it that Wimpy has become a self service restaurant? Really pathetic service.
