pathetic owner in andrew wipmy brackenhurst
Went to wimpy in brackendowns this morning for a nice breakfast!!! What a disaster. We are vegetarian and my 4 year old son wanted the burger with the toy. U do not have that option so I asked to swop the patty. The owner andrew refused saying that it is not allowed. I then said its only 1 patty. He says that the want to win campagns so they will nit do it!!! Also if we order the normal veg burger, they will not give him the toy!!! Pathetic customer service from this owner. Wimpy u guys are getting worse by the day. Never agin will I visit a wimpy!!!
