Pathetic and disappointing service

I'm disappointed with the service received from Wimpy San Marco Ladysmithtb...as I came over with my 2 kids around 16h00 and as we were still having our meal a customer came in with her kids...they must have been about 6 or 7 kids and all were immediately given toys after placing their order.So around 17h15 as I finished paying for our order and we were done eating,I asked the waitress if my kids will get the toys and she responded no the toys were finished and I need to leave my contact details they'll be in touch as soon as the truck comes to deliver next Thursday. I'm not concerned of the fact that they've ran out of toys but I'm irritated of the fact that the other customer who came after us had their toys reserved for them as soon as they had ordered. Mind you,this is not the first time a similar situation happened in this same store.
