Overpriced and substandard burger

On 25th January on the afternoon I went in to Wimpy Lakefield and ordered a basic chicken burger and diet colddrink to take away. The price was R60.80 which I thought excessive. R18.90 for a 330ml can of coldrink is a huge markup on their wholesale buying price. When I opened the burger there was a piece of chicken half the size of the bun and some old lettuce with too much mayonnaise. It was the worst chicken burger I have had, there was no finesse or interest in preparing it at all. I know the cost of chicken breast and how many burgers can be made with one flattened breast. Wimpy's core business is burgers but if that amateur third class burger is what they offer today for R41.90 then I won't be visiting their outlets again. Don't they have a quality control manager to check that what they serve is to a decent standard and value for money?
