Over charging
The same menu and the same price nationwide at all Wimpy branches Don't believe it as the Wimpy in Douglasdale, Sandton has its own get Rick quick scheme. For more than a year they overcharged for plain ice-cream cones Other branches charged R6.00 but they charged R7.00. Now not happy with the thousands of extra R1,00 they made over the period,,they have got so greedy that they now charge R10,00 for the same ice-cream cone. A whopping extra R4.00 per cone. Perhaps they should call it the Special Gupta-cone. ( Pay back the money) by making them put up huge signage and sell the same size plain ice-cream cones at R2.00 for 2 months.
