Ottery Wimpy dissapoints

Ottery Hyper Market branch. My sisters and I decided have coffee and cake after getting our eyebrows waxed and dyed for some much needed Bonding and conversation. This was of course a bit spoiled by inadequate service delivery. Should of known that we would have a problem when we waited awhile to be seated. We eventually asked the cashier/hostess and she said she was coming. We were then left for about 10-20 minutes before our order was taken. This was 2 Lattes and a Chai Latte, cheesecake, chocolate slice and waffle. We waited close to 20 minutes then our drinks arrived, my sister asked the waitron if the cakes were not refrigerated as why was it taking so long. She just said yes and walked away. Then the cake came back 5 minutes later. No badge was worn and she never introduced herself. If it had not been for great company this experience would of been bad. We never received a receipt as she told us to come to the till to pay and gave us the total verbally. We had to confirm 3 times. Very unprofessional. I love Wimpy but Ottery we were not impressed by at All.
