Odd tasting Cappuccino

Advised that the cappuccino tasted not as per normal (soapy sort of taste). Manager addressed me and said they do not wash their cappuccino cups with soap, just with water. And also that she had just had a cappuccino and it tasted fine. Was slightly offended as we have coffee there at least twice a month and should by now know what a cappuccino tastes like. In the end the cappuccino was sent back and a coffee replaced it, but much to my dismay, I was charged for both. Really think the manager could handled the situation better instead of stating she had just had one (not mine) and also the fact that the cups does not get washed with soap(how does it get cleaned then).
