No wonder why the store was so empty

Was at wimpy maponya mall around 18:45 with my partner and to my surprise the store dint have that ambiance that mojo feeling,,waitresses were hanging on the pillars chit chatting whilst the tables were dirty and the attitude stinks as if we were gonna eat for free,,,Franchise manager of that store must do something about that store,,Training PLZ!
