no service/ no waiters

There were no waiters at the door only the cashier, so I took a sit on a booth near the door & the cashier. I waited for close to 30mins without being served, I had to call a waiter for myself he told me that they thought I was served. Then I'm told that the special that's running on TV now, they don't have it or any other specials. When I finally got my food 1 of my bacon was burned and I paid for something that I didn't eat. This is not the first time, I come here twice a month every month. The service here is poor last time I was here they were short staffed, the staff is louder than the customers.
