No service , Manager not in control

I went to Wimpy on Sunday morning at the Atlasville shopping centre in Benoni.. I arrived there with my family<br> & had to seat myself , as there were no waiters in sight. We waited 20min & no one came to help us.. I then <br> went to the cashdesk & asked the manager if they were understaffed , and he rep**** no.. I told the manager<br> of our situation & he then tried to get a waiter to help us but with no luck.. I went back to the table & waited <br> another 10min & watched as Donovan ( Manager) just stood behind the cash desk , not even intrested in our<br> table. I got up & went back to him & asked him must we leave.. His response was ''' O has no one helped you yet , i saw someone take you menu's\"". I showed him the table had no menu's & then i asked him for his Head office number & he rep**** he does not have it.. Will not return to that branch again. Absolute *******.. """
