No service at Wimpy

If you want us to support you, get staff with manners and information is key, on the outlet's window, operating hours show from 7:00am, yet today, 18 August 2020 just before 8am we stood in front of closed doors, when a waitress eventually opened up the door slightly to put a stand out, we had to wait for her to greet anybody and everybody outside, when I tried to ask her when they will be opening I was ignored, when I raised my voice slightly and asked again, she eventually turned to me and said 8, it was past 8 at that time? Next mission, trying to get a menu? We just stood up and walked out and the best is, nobody cared. I am disgusted to say the least.
