I got at wimpy at Maponya mall and I went to sit on the smoking section. I spent more than 30 minutes sitting without anyone helping yet staff was waiting in the front. I tried to have their attention and they will look the other side. My concern is that, there should be someone who is allocated to the smoke section or a staff that check if everyone is being attended. The service here hasn't changed and it getting worse each time you come here. **** them
