No service

Less than a year ago I posted a complaint on hello peter about the poor service of Wimpy at the Waterfall Mall branch. Again today I have been sitting here for 27min without any assistance after raising my hand at 2 different waiters and them just passing. This is the third day in a row where I have sat here and had to get up to ask a waiter to assist me. With the last complaint I was told that they are getting training and I should not post further complaints on hello peter and that I should contact a guy at their head office. I will not waist my time sitting at Wimpy begging for assistance again and I will spread the word of this experience to all my family and friends.
