No response from Wimpy

On the 19th, September I wrote the letter below to Wimpy, This was followed a week later asking for a reply. To date, no reply. Very poor. Niel

Sir/Madam On Saturday 19th. September, around 14:00, my wife and I went to the Wimpy at Bothasig Mall, Cape Town. My wife ordered the hake and chips. When it arrived, it was no bigger than a sardine, it was thin and as dry as fish biltong. The waitress agreed it was a small fillet. The picture in your menu shows the fillet overlapping the plate. My wife sent it back and asked for a bigger portion. When it arrived, it was marginally bigger and even drier than the first portion, clearly over fried. She ate the flesh but couldn’t manage the skin and batter whish was as crispy as a rusk. In all our years of regularly eating at the Wimpy, this was the worst meal we’ve had by far (We have breakfast at N1 City Mall every Saturday morning) Regards Niel Hanekom ***
