No mushroom sauce, no communication

Horrible service from Wimpy at Amajuba mall in Newcastle, we put in our order and only after waiting for about an hour and having to call a manager we were told there is no mushroom sauce and shrugged off as nothing. They then went and bought canned mushroom sauce from the supermarket... Will think twice about coming here again
