No delivery/Poor Service

Good day,<br> <br> I called the Wimpy at Lynnridge Mall, first of all I confirmed if they do deliveries for takeaways.<br> I then place an order of two streaky bacon breakfast meals, gave the address and was told they will deliver the food in few minutes, 30 minutes after I placed the order I called the restaurant as I was still waiting for my order, I again gave the address and they confirmed that the food was on the way. <br> <br> After another 30 minutes I called again and was then informed that they do not deliver to this area. I asked them could they not have informed me that in the first place, they then told me that the person that took the order does not know the area.<br> <br> That is just a lame excuse, I could have placed an order at another place if I was informed from the beginning that they do not deliver.
