No customer service

Waiter from Wimpy Canal Walk directed us to our table and gave us menus, we set there for almost 30 min without being attended to place our order. It wasn't that there were no waiters available but they kept on passing by our table without assistance. We stood up and told one of the waiters we are leaving because of not bring assistance. She rep**** rudely that we are welcome to leave if we do not want to wait, yet we waited for 30 minutes . Lack of resolution and very poor customer service. I'm not sure I'll ever visit a wimpy restaurant because of this experience.
