Never seen this bad service and food before

It has now been two days in a row that we went to Wimpy Kriel. Everytime the service was horrible. On Monday we waited almost an hour for food. People arriving later than us got food and left already, while we were still waiting for our food. I ordered a water, and had to get up and ask the waiter twice where is my water. We ordered a strawberry mojito jug, and tasted nothing like strawberry, it was stuffed with only lemon's.

On Tuesday we ordered milkshake. It was like water. Not even mixed through properly. Asked for extra cream on the milkshake, which was also not given. Asked the waiter to please take it back and put extra cream on, he then said he will bring us the cream seperatly (unacceptable) We then ordered a Triple Chocolate cake, and a Cheese cake. Then again we had to remind the waiter about the cakes we ordered. Upon serving the cakes we enquired where is the cream/ice cream. He then only asked what would we like with the cakes. The cheese cake had no berry glaze on as advertised, and was very tasteless. The waiter also did not come to check up on us, or asked if we are still fine.

The service and food was horrible. Even the drinks ordered on both days was **********. It was a total waste of money and time.
