network problem? Wimpy

wimpy Lakefield...Benoni called Wimpy for breakfast, reached a lady and as I placed my order there was silence on the other end of the call, no answer but I could hear noises in the background, called +-5 times again No answer/the call did not ring through, placed order online and received my food, the Avo cream cheese bacon burger did not have the same taste as previous time ordered?? excused- if it was a network problem
