I complained about lettuce in my wimpy burger and to my shock the owner of the fourways crossing franchise called me HERSELF and apologized for the mishap and wanted to make it up to me.
we spoke on WhatsApp and she has sent me a new order and the way she has handled this complaint is amazing. she has treated me with the best respect and care. I really appreciate this.
