On the 25th September 2019 around 09h00 morning. I accidentally left my wallet with cash and personal cards on the cashier till at Wimpy key west in Krugersdorp,and i was with a colleague, my wife and business partners. Hardly 5min i realized that i left my wallet and went back for and it was gone. I told the manager and the key west management about it to a point i had to go open a case about it. The staff initially **** about their manager not being available and about camera footage. We learned later that their CCTV cameras are not working and they are not in compliance with the standard mall CCTV and they hired their independent CCTV IT technicians who can't open their own footage. Please make customers aware that their belongings and valuable items are not safe there and staff cover for each other for their *****ing. Police had to drop the case because they can't open the hard drive footage and for some odd reason wimpy can't open their own hard drive because I. T can't remember password
